[BETA][New Tax Report API] Consult a ledger's lifecycle state and error details. States advance asynchronously as the tax authority processes the submission (DGFiP F10: acknowledged, deposited, registered, refused, and replaced once a rectificative of the same period has been integrated); the ledger webhook announces the sent, error, acknowledged, deposited, registered and refused states, never replaced.
